Mayor - Allen G. Brown

We all love Rockville, however, certain issues need to be addressed by our community. Preserving our scenic beauty, culinary water supply, road maintenance, bridge repair, controlling speed on SR9, replacement of street trees, reducing light pollution of our night sky, among others, need continuing focus. I'm confident our creative people working together with respect will find ways to tackle these issues. As mayor, I will provide the leadership to help confront and resolve these issues. By seeking funding and gaining support from local jurisdictions we can work with our Town Council, Planning Commission, committees, property owners and renters to achieve our goals. Given the nature of our town and its limited resources, I will be encouraging volunteers to help us, while continuing to work on information and financial resources.
