The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 13th day of March, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.     

 

When you are recognized to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, please come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks.

 

If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 6:45 p.m.  If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.

 

The agenda will be as follows:

 

  1. Call to order – roll call.
  2. Election of a Chair and Vice-Chair.

3.      Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.

4.      Public Comment Period.

  1. Tabled from the February 14, 2012 meeting: Request for a Home Occupation Permit for an office for a stone masonry contractor – Stephanie Trimmer and Brad Quinn.
  2. Tabled from the February 14, 2012 meeting: Request for a Business License for the business of Bedrock Creations – Stephanie Trimmer and Brad Quinn.
  3. Application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for special events throughout the year –  Doggy Dude Ranch/Pawsitive Learning – Filomena Diaz-Johnson. 
  4. Application for a Building Permit for a workshop/barn – Jim Toomey
  5. Approval of the minutes of the

a.       February 13, 2012 work meeting

b.      February 14, 2012 regular meeting

Approval for both minutes may be made in one motion.
